We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the success of our Real Estate ventures.

As a Real Estate Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate project tracking and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and experience in real estate construction management.

You will be responsible for monitoring projects against agreed milestones and timelines for on-schedule execution. This includes collecting, verifying, and consolidating project data for comprehensive status reports.

Conducting site visits is also crucial to validate project information accuracy.

A successful Real Estate Project Manager will maintain thorough and organized project documentation and update the project monitoring database regularly.

This role requires strong communication and coordination skills, including engaging with stakeholders to gather accurate project information and assisting in scheduling and coordinating project review meetings.

Risk and compliance monitoring is another key responsibility, identifying risks related to project execution and flagging deviations from agreed terms or timelines.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum B.Tech-Civil engineering degree and 3-4 years of experience in real estate construction.

A post-graduation in Construction management is preferred but not required.

You should be proficient in MS Projects, MS Excel, MS Word & PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
