Job Description

As a seasoned Data Centric Tester, you will design, implement, and maintain test data management strategies to support enterprise-wide testing initiatives.

You will configure and manage Informatica TDM/Data Masking tools to create, subset, and mask sensitive data across environments.

Additionally, you will analyze source systems and identify Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and other sensitive data that require masking.

Implementing data obfuscation is key to ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards (GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, etc.).

Working closely with stakeholders, you will understand test data requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose datasets for functional, integration, performance, and UAT testing.

Optimizing test data provisioning processes will improve testing efficiency and reduce cycle times.

  • Design, Implement, Maintain: Test Data Management strategies to support enterprise-wide testing initiatives.
  • Configure Manage: Informatica TDM/Data Masking tools to create, subset, and mask sensitive data across environments.
  • Analyze Identify: Source systems and identify Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and other sensitive data that require masking.

By joining this role, you will collaborate with DBAs, developers, testers, and compliance teams to ensure alignment on data handling practices.

Monitoring and troubleshooting issues with TDM solutions is also a critical part of the job.

Documenting TDM frameworks, best practices, and guidelines will be essential for reusability across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree: In computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ Years Experience: In Test Data Management, Data Governance, or Data Engineering.
  • 3+ Years Hands-on Experience: With Informatica Data Masking (TDM, ILM) tools.
  • Strong Proficiency: In Informatica TDM (Test Data Management), ILM (Information Lifecycle Management), and Persistent Data Masking.

Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments in data privacy and security is crucial for success in this role.

Requirements:

  • Informatica Tools: Strong hands-on experience with Informatica Data Masking (TDM, ILM) tools.
  • Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data security in cloud environments is a plus.
  • Excellent Skills: Problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
