Job Overview:

The Investment Risk Manager position involves mitigating market, credit, operational, liquidity, and regulatory risks by implementing risk strategies and supporting risk projects.

This role requires a seasoned professional with 7-10 years of experience in risk management, preferably within an investment management or financial services organization.

  • Analyzing potential risks including market, credit, operational, liquidity, and regulatory risks is crucial for success in this position.
  • Evaluating investment portfolios to assess exposure to various risk factors will help identify areas for improvement.

The ideal candidate will support the Chief Risk Officer in reviewing new products, processes, and activities, as well as ensure that all risk management activities adhere to relevant regulations and internal policies.

  • Preparing detailed risk reports for senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations is key to driving business decisions.
  • Developing risk models and stress-testing scenarios to measure potential impacts on the portfolio will enable data-driven decision-making.

A successful Investment Risk Manager must possess excellent analytical skills, be able to communicate complex information effectively, and have a deep understanding of risk management principles.

Requirements:
