About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) - preferably with Automation Anywhere - and hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-quality prompts for various business use cases.
  • Collaborate with automation teams to integrate RPA bots with AI-driven agents.
  • Build, configure, and deploy AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks autonomously.
  • Partner with data scientists, RPA developers, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.
  • Develop reusable prompt templates, libraries, and best practices for large language models (LLMs) and multi-agent systems.
  • Integrate APIs, knowledge bases, and third-party systems into AI agents and RPA workflows.
  • Monitor agent and bot performance, troubleshoot issues, and fine-tune prompts for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct research on state-of-the-art AI agent frameworks, RPA enhancements, and generative AI trends.
