Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Information Security Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Information Security, Privacy, and Legal, to manage and produce high-quality technical documentation, whitepapers, blogs, and other communication materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Information Security, Privacy, and Legal teams to gather information, define requirements, and create technical whitepapers and customer-facing documentation related to the Information Security program at Rubrik.
- Act as a liaison to facilitate clear communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment on security and compliance initiatives.
- Author and contribute to internal and external whitepapers, blogs, and thought leadership pieces that promote the company's security practices and posture.

Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in information security, with at least 2 years in a program management role.
- Strong experience in writing technical documentation, including whitepapers, blogs, security reports, and policy documents.
- Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, Privacy, and Legal teams, ideally in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment.
- Familiarity with information security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS) and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex security concepts for a variety of audiences.
- Strong project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional initiatives.
