Senior Creative Strategist
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute creative projects on multiple brands across diverse industries, encompassing campaign planning, concept development, scriptwriting, and content creation.
- Collaborate with the New Business team to conceive and showcase innovative ideas for pitches.
- Present comprehensive strategic plans for campaigns or narrations to clients across various brands.
- Ensure high-quality creative work that meets industry standards and pursue recognition through relevant awards.
- Report to the Creative Lead, who provides overall direction, feedback, and references for projects and tasks.
- Coordinate daily with the Integrated Solutions Team (account planning + client servicing) on tasks ranging from topical posts to annual strategy implementations.
- Provide visual direction to the graphic design team for ideas and concepts originating from your team.
- Understand and break down briefs for junior creatives to facilitate a smooth and efficient process.
- Oversee revisions based on internal or external feedback and set realistic timelines that balance ideation and execution with client goals.
- Actively engage in each production phase, from concept generation to final product deployment, whether for events, shoots, posts, or other creative expressions.
- Conduct in-depth research on brands, their competition, target audiences, and remain up-to-date on brand needs.
- Stay current with industry developments, online trends, and news.
