Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage import procurement operations from start to finish, drive global growth and ensure timely delivery of materials in line with production plans.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Floating enquiries for the procurement of import items.
  • Offer collection, preparation of commercial documents, creation of purchase orders, contracts, and service work orders in SAP.
  • Release vendor payments as per purchase order terms and follow up on deliveries with shippers for pending orders.
  • Coordinate daily operations with plant users, accounting departments, store departments, suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong command of MS Office and SAP Materials Management.
  • Knowledge and experience of Import Procurement (PR to PO and Pay Process - SAP MM Module).
  • Knowledge and experience of Customs Clearance and International Freight Forwarding.
  • Knowledge of Inventory Control, Movement Type, Transfer Order, and Goods Issue in SAP.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree with 4-6 years of experience.
  • Graduate/Post Graduate with 8-10 years of experience.
