Job Title: Trade Logistics Manager

About the Role:

This is a critical position that demands expertise in export documentation, customs clearance, and logistics management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of incoterms, payment terms, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Timely Clearance: Clear shipments promptly and maintain compliance with statutory obligations.
  • Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and forwarding agencies to obtain necessary licenses and approvals.
  • Maintain cordial relations with customs officials, forwarding agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Plan and coordinate shipments according to buyers' ETA and ETD, ensuring cargo meets LEO cut-off time.
  • Track shipments, update customers, and verify documentation to prevent delays or discrepancies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in import-export documentation, customs clearance, and logistics management.
  • Strong knowledge of incoterms, payment terms, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to liaison with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and forwarding agencies.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.
