Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead to drive the development of innovative solutions for product and project delivery.

  • The successful candidate will lead a team in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge solutions that meet client requirements.
  • A strong technical background and ability to support as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) will be essential in ensuring technical expertise and guidance.
  • Continuous knowledge up-gradation with new technologies is crucial in maintaining current and high-quality solutions.
  • As a seasoned professional, you will train and develop the team to ensure adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology, mitigating deliver risks.
  • You will gather specifications and deliver solutions to clients based on understanding of domain or technology.
  • Project deliverables will be reviewed to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • You will also recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices on specific technology/product.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop innovative solutions for product and project delivery through team collaboration.
  2. Provide technical expertise and guidance as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  3. Upgrade knowledge with new technologies to maintain current and high-quality solutions.
  4. Train and develop the team to ensure adequate supply of trained manpower.
  5. Gather specifications and deliver solutions to clients.
  6. Review project deliverables to ensure quality and accuracy.
  7. Recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and delivering projects.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
