Senior Digital Transformation and Product Leader

We seek an experienced senior leader to drive our organization's digital transformation journey.

About the Role:

  1. Lead cross-functional teams to implement digital solutions across various industries, including Manufacturing, Power, Renewables, EPC, Engineering, and Infrastructure.
  2. Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with business objectives.
  3. Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of digital initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8-15 years of experience in digital transformation, product management, or technology leadership.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • MBA (preferred) with specialization in Technology, Operations, or Product Management.
  • Certification in AI/ML, Product Management, or Cloud Technologies.

Tech Expertise:

  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and AI/ML frameworks.
  • Experience in Data Science, Data Lakes, data pipelines, and enterprise analytics platforms.
  • Proficiency in at least one additional programming language (Java, C++, R, or JavaScript).
  • Familiarity with Open Source APIs/software.
  • Knowledge of APIs, cloud platforms, and integration frameworks.

Secondary Skills:

  • Product management and lifecycle ownership.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Change management and digital adoption strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to track technology trends and translate them into product innovation.
