We are seeking a Product Designer with exceptional creativity and problem-solving skills to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for crafting user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs that directly impact the way healthcare and service organizations interact with our platform.

The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of user-centered design principles, including research, usability testing, and design iteration. They should also have experience designing for complex products, particularly in SaaS, healthcare, or regulated industries.

A successful Product Designer will be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and user researchers, to bring product features from concept to launch.

Responsibilities include:

  • User-Centered Design: Lead the design process for new features and product areas, ensuring that user needs and pain points are at the core of every design decision
  • Wire framing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and UI designs that effectively communicate your design vision and allow for user testing and feedback
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to bring product features from concept to launch
  • Design Systems: Contribute to the evolution of our design system, ensuring consistency in visual design, user interaction patterns, and accessibility across the product
  • Iterate & Improve: Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, testing, and team input to ensure the final product meets business goals and user needs

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, Interaction Designer, or UX/UI Designer, with a portfolio that demonstrates your design process and impact
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, including research, usability testing, and design iteration
  • Experience designing for complex products, particularly in SaaS, healthcare, or regulated industries (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of design systems and creating scalable, reusable components
  • Ability to collaborate with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented and meet functional requirements
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
