Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead our high-end interior and architectural projects from kick-off to handover.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and progress for multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

  • Oversee full-cycle project execution from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project strategies.

Team & Stakeholder Management:

  • Lead and manage project teams, site supervisors, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and timely updates.

Quality & Risk Management:

  • Implement quality assurance procedures and enforce compliance with industry standards.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks or roadblocks that may impact project success.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, change requests, and cost tracking.
  • Present project status reports to senior leadership and clients regularly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in interior design or architectural execution.

Candidates should possess strong technical knowledge of materials, construction methods, and interior finishing details, proficiency in project management tools, Microsoft Office, and basic AutoCAD/SketchUp understanding.
