As a Senior Influencer Marketing Executive, you will develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Influencer Outreach & Campaign Management: Identify influencers across YouTube, Instagram, and other social media platforms. Develop and execute influencer campaigns aligned with brand goals and KPIs.
- Content Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with influencers to create authentic, engaging content that aligns with the brand. Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines and is optimized for performance.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance, including reach, engagement, and ROI metrics. Provide detailed reports and insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the brand, product, and creative teams to align influencer activities with marketing objectives. Coordinate with agencies to execute campaigns effectively.
- Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest trends in influencer marketing and the beauty/wellness industry. Identify emerging influencers and innovative campaign ideas.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in the beauty/wellness industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficient in using influencer marketing tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness products.
