We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Senior Process Executive in our Customer Support team.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, analytical problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve client issues on calls with professionalism and poise.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a 24/7 environment.
  • Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues thoroughly and efficiently.
  • Provide value-added interactions by demonstrating proactive behavior and respecting customers' time.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including US timings.
  • Willingsness to complete specific training programs as set by the client.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications

Any Graduate with additional certifications in customer service/upskilling is preferred.

Immediate joiners will be given preference for this role.
