As a skilled financial professional, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining financial discipline and supporting data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts receivables & payables, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
  • Oversee day-to-day book-keeping and accounting entries.
  • Monitor cash flows and working capital requirements.
  • Handle GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliances on a timely basis.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and coordinate with auditors.
  • Maintain proper documentation for tax and legal audits.
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial dashboards for management review.
  • Assist in preparing P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Implement and strengthen financial controls and accounting systems.
  • Identify areas for efficiency improvement and cost optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy in operations.

A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or CA/Inter CA/MBA (Finance) is required. 4–5 years of finance experience in a similar role (preferably with startups, FMCG, or D2C brands) is necessary. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances is essential. Proficiency in Excel, Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks, or other accounting software is also required. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and excellent communication and problem-solving skills are mandatory.
