Home-Based Therapy Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver high-quality, at-home occupational therapy sessions for clients with disabilities.

About the Role:

This is an opportunity to work as an independent contractor, providing personalized therapy services in a client's home environment. We value collaboration and communication with our team to ensure seamless delivery of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective occupational therapy plans tailored to individual client needs
  • Conduct regular assessments to monitor progress and adjust therapy goals accordingly
  • Maintain accurate records of sessions and share updates with our team
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring open communication and trust
  • Collaborate with other professionals involved in the client's care, if necessary

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (certification required)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with disabilities (desired)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a home-based setting

Selection Process:

Candidates may be invited to conduct a demo session at the client's home. This will be a paid session, with compensation discussed in advance to cover travel and time.
