Job Title: Visual Creative Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative visual creative associate to join our team. As a visual creative associate, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating engaging visual assets that align with our brand's guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and create digital ads, social media graphics, videos, packaging, and website content that meets our brand's standards.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and performance teams to develop creative assets for new product launches, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep our design strategies innovative and competitive.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in graphic designing & video editing.
  • Understanding in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop & Illustrator for social creative like Reels, GIFs.
  • Ability to adapt to newer AI tools of design function.
  • Strong understanding of video editing - including animations, motion graphics.
  • Excellent understanding of video production processes, including storyboarding, editing, color grading and sound design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video editing and motion design projects.
