Role: Project Coordinator

  • We are seeking an experienced Interior Projects Specialist to join our team.

This is a full-time, on-site role that requires excellent organizational skills and strong communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of project processes in the interior field and be able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Prepare and review quotes, BOQs, and budgets for projects; track and monitor design changes and update documentation accordingly.
  • Client Communication: Coordinate with clients for approvals, progress updates, and clarifications; act as the single point of contact for major clients, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for settlements post-project completion.
  • Budget Analysis: Conduct budget analysis for all projects, ensuring costs are within approved limits.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in final billing and closure of project accounts; support project managers and executives with any administrative or coordination requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Relevant experience in interior execution, project coordination, or related fields.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of AutoCAD drawings, site measurements, and BOQs; proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Project Management preferred.
