Lead Data Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to lead our data engineering efforts.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have extensive experience with big data technologies, including Spark, Hadoop, and Hive. They should also have hands-on expertise with Python and Bash scripts, as well as a solid understanding of SQL and data warehouse concepts.
A key aspect of this role is the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain efficient ETL pipelines using big data technologies.
- Perform integration testing of pipelines in cloud environments.
- Provide estimates for development, testing, and deployment on different environments.
- Participate in code peer reviews to ensure compliance with best practices.
- Develop scalable data pipelines to support increasing data volume and complexity.
- Collaborate with analytics and business teams to improve data models and increase data accessibility.
- 4+ years of experience with big data technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Python, Bash scripts, and SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
