Job Role
  • The Solutions Consultant plays a crucial role in serving our customers by understanding their environment, providing solution guidance, and ensuring value realization from their investment.
  • You will provide technical leadership and expertise to guide your customer's security transformation journey.
  • You will define technical solutions that align with a customer's key business imperatives and ensure the realization of value from their investment.
  • You will promote our industry leadership in on-prem, cloud, and security operations services to establish us as our customer's cybersecurity partner of choice.
Your Impact
  • Become an Expert: Develop a deep understanding of the BFSI vertical's operational nuances, including its core products, processes, and regulatory landscape.
  • Stay Ahead: Continuously track and understand emerging trends, technological shifts, and security threats within the BFSI industry.
  • Translate Challenges into Solutions: Partner with customers to understand their unique business challenges and security imperatives. Then, strategically align our solutions to deliver tangible business value, helping them achieve their security transformation goals.
  • Serve as a Trusted Advisor: Act as the primary technical point of contact, providing expert guidance and technical leadership throughout the customer's journey. You'll ensure they fully realize the value of their investment.
Requirements
  • 10+ years experience doing presales roles with exposure to key large BFSI accounts.
  • Delivering cybersecurity solutions that solve technical challenges and influence new business initiatives.
  • Influencing and gaining buy-in from key stakeholders; prior experience in a pre-sales role is ideal.
  • Creating and delivering technical presentations, workshops, or technical validation engagements.
