Job Title: Software Engineer in Test

We are seeking a skilled software engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of our platform's releases. With 3 to 5 years of experience, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing robust automation frameworks, validating complex workflows across hybrid and on-prem environments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain enterprise-grade standards.

This role is ideal for engineers who are passionate about automation, distributed systems, and continuous quality improvements in modern infrastructure setups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases covering cluster lifecycle management, security (TLS, LDAP, RBAC), networking, and platform integrations.
  • Build and maintain automation frameworks for REST APIs, UI testing, system-level, and end-to-end workflows.
  • Perform performance and scalability testing across VM-based deployments and Kubernetes environments.
  • Validate enterprise-grade scenarios like backup and restore, air-gapped installs, software upgrades, and more.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong programming skills in Python and Java.
  • Experience testing distributed systems or microservices.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, and cloud-native technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with enterprise security validation, performance benchmarking tools, and supporting enterprise customers.
