Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a large organization.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management principles, including accounting, taxation, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • A high level of analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and other financial software.
