Salary: ₹6,00,000 - ₹8,00,000 per annum

Job Description:

As an Associate in our Risk Advisory Services team, you will be responsible for executing client engagements in the areas of risk & compliance process audits, internal audits, and internal financial controls. Your primary goal will be to ensure that the work delivered is of high quality.

You will actively establish and strengthen client and internal relationships at all stakeholder levels. You will assist seniors in developing newer methods and be proactive in internal initiatives. Additionally, you will create a positive learning culture, coach, and develop junior team members.

This is a front-end client-facing role that requires excellent communication and presentation skills. You will be responsible for execution on client assignments by ensuring quality delivery. You will review working papers and respective client folders, suggesting thoughts on improving engagement productivity and identifying occasions/areas for improving client service.

You will identify processes requiring improvement in the client's business processes/policies and recommend amendments accordingly. You will also identify and internally escalate issues and potential red flags related to the assignment.

Preparation of reports/deliverables/status updates will be a key responsibility. You will demonstrate your ability to multitask and manage projects as directed by seniors/team members. Handling data analytics and ensuring compliance with plans and internal procedures on risk & management are essential duties.

A full awareness of internal auditing standards is required. You will demonstrate an application and solution-based approach to solving problems. Developing good working relationships with clients and internal team members is crucial.

Mentoring juniors within the practice and contributing to knowledge management sessions within the practice are additional responsibilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI with 0-2 years of experience. You must have the ability to analyze and present recommendations. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
