Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team as a Financial Data Analyst. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for working with financial data.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and preprocess large financial datasets for analysis.
  • Assist in equity research, fixed income research, portfolio management, and economic analysis.
  • Apply statistical techniques to financial problems such as credit risk modelling, probability of default, and value-at-risk estimation.
  • Analyze and visualize financial data using Python, Excel, or R.
  • Participate in research projects related to quantitative trading, financial derivatives, and portfolio optimization.

  • Strong understanding of financial markets and instruments.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.
