Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic individual to join our team as a Patient Relationship Specialist.

This position involves guiding patients through their treatment journey, providing them with the necessary support and resources to make informed decisions about their healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with patients to understand their healthcare needs
  • Assist patients in selecting the most suitable hospital and doctor
  • Counsel patients on treatment options and hospital facilities
  • Coordinate appointments with hospitals and doctors to ensure smooth scheduling
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in healthcare, patient counseling, or hospital coordination
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
  • A patient-centered attitude with empathy and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets (desired)
