Freelance Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Finance Professional to join our team at Flexing-It.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SAP Transition Support: Assist in the setup of finance and supply chain modules on S4 Hana SAP for manufacturing plants.
  • Transaction Testing: Conduct testing, issue resolution, and documentation for finance-related transactions and integrations with MM, PP, and SD modules.
  • Process Validation: Validate and manage end-to-end finance processes such as product costing, BOM impact, SKU costing, accounts payable, provisions, and inventory accounting.
  • Logistics Cost Analysis: Monitor and analyze logistics costs (primary, secondary, and warehouse), prepare dashboards, and provide variance analysis with actionable insights.
  • Dashboards and Reporting: Develop dashboards for production variance forecasting, support new product costing, business case evaluations, and raise early warnings on costing or BOM issues.

Requirements:

  • SAP Expertise: Strong knowledge of SAP S4 Hana with hands-on experience in finance and supply chain modules (FI, MM, PP, SD).
  • Product Costing: Expertise in product costing, BOM analysis, SKU costing, and standard cost calculations.
  • Financial Accounting: Proficiency in financial accounting processes including Accounts Payable, GRIR, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Inventory Accounting.
  • Variance Analysis: Skilled in variance analysis, forecasting, and dashboard development for logistics and production costs.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct testing, issue resolution, and process validation across integrated finance systems.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills to support business case development and process improvements.
