About the Role

This is a strategic leadership position responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and driving results-oriented hiring processes.

  • Own the talent acquisition function of OpsMaven, ensuring seamless onboarding and integration of new team members.
  • Mentor and coach the TA team to hire top talent for our geographically dispersed clients, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Set hiring targets based on business plans defined by clients, tracking progress and making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • Review hiring status on a timely basis, ensuring that given targets are met and delivering accurate weekly/monthly reports to clients.
  • Lead weekly client connect calls, proactively addressing roadblocks and changes, and keeping clients informed throughout the process.
  • Develop overall recruitment strategies, aligning with SLAs and driving successful outcomes.
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring seamless collaboration and exceptional service delivery.
  • Finalize candidate selections, conducting thorough discussions with HR to ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Negotiate offers and extensions, guaranteeing competitive compensation packages within established pay bands.
  • Oversee senior management-level hires, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for both candidates and existing teams.
  • Mentor the HR Manager and TA team on trainee hiring, providing guidance and support for bulk hiring processes.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as an HR TA Lead/Manager or similar role, with a track record of success in talent acquisition and development.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving collaborative results.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders alike.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on creative solutions and innovative approaches.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Outstanding interpersonal, negotiating, and conflict-resolution abilities, with a proven track record of building strong relationships and driving mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • International recruitment experience preferred, with a demonstrated understanding of global markets and cultures.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience in Human Resources, with a solid foundation in recruitment principles and practices.
  • 8-12 years of experience in Human Resources Management, with a proven track record of success in talent acquisition and development.
  • Knowledge of using various HRMS tools, with experience implementing and optimizing recruitment technology.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a lead/manager role, with a proven ability to mentor and coach junior team members.
  • MBA/PGDM in HRD/HRM from a reputable university, with a focus on strategic leadership and organizational development.
