Job Title: Field Officer

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately completing insurance application forms, claim forms, and other related documents. The role involves visiting multiple hospitals daily to assist patients in filling up insurance forms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately complete insurance application forms and claim forms.
  • Visit multiple hospitals daily to assist patients in filling up insurance forms.
  • Maintain accurate records of all data, including submitted forms and their status.
  • Verify and cross-check client information for correctness and completeness.
  • Collect and organize required supporting documents from clients.
  • Coordinate with clients, agents, or the insurance company to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
  • Ensure all forms are completed in compliance with insurance company requirements and regulatory guidelines.
  • Assist with data entry and updating client information in the database/CRM.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Any graduate with prior experience in insurance, data entry, or form processing is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written) in English and local language.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications & MS Office.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
