Job Title: Eye Care Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Eye Care Specialist to join our team. As an eye care specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate dispensing of medications and providing essential instructions to patients.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified pharmacist to work with us. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of ophthalmic pharmacy practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Dispense prescribed medications accurately, including eye drops, ointments, and ophthalmic tablets.
- Provide proper instructions to patients on dosage, usage, and storage of medications.
- Maintain inventory levels and place timely orders to avoid stockouts.
- Ensure proper storage of medicines as per guidelines.
- Monitor expired or near-expiry stock and dispose of them as per protocol.
- Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in ophthalmic pharmacy preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with NABH, pharmacy rules, and drug control regulations.
