We're on the hunt for a seasoned AI developer to spearhead the creation of cutting-edge, large language model-enabled products. These innovative solutions will empower subject matter experts to automate their most complex and high-value tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Development: Design, build, and deploy sophisticated AI-driven products leveraging recent advancements in foundation models.
  • High-Performance Search and RAG: Develop and optimize our data indexing, ranking, and query processing systems for fast and efficient search and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
  • Evaluation Frameworks: Craft robust evaluation frameworks to assess the performance of our agents, RAG systems, and various large language models.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in software engineering or end-to-end data science with strong proficiency in Python and data-oriented algorithms.
  • A solid background in AI agents, data systems, or machine learning engineering.
  • Proficiency in modern Python microservices, including FastAPI, Ray.IO for distributed AI workloads, and Kubernetes orchestration.
  • Familiarity with AI agent stacks such as LlamaIndex, LangGraph, SmolAgent, Instructor, Anthropic, OpenAI, Qdrant, ParadeDB, and Sentence-Transformers.
  • Demonstrated experience in building agents, training and evaluating emerging large language models, building RAG systems, or working with vector databases.
