Senior Financial Leader Job Summary

We seek a skilled Chartered Accountant with 3-5 years of experience to oversee financial reporting, management, and investor deliverables as a Senior Financial Leader.

This role combines hands-on involvement in building scalable systems, financial planning, variance analysis, and performance reviews with oversight of monthly and annual book closure, ensuring accuracy of accounts.

  • Oversight of financial reporting, management, and investor deliverables.
  • Financial planning, variance analysis, and performance reviews.
  • Establishment of finance and compliance systems, processes, and SOPs.
  • Management and tracking of Cap Table and investor obligations.
  • Support for fundraising, due diligence, and investor reporting.
  • Audit readiness and compliance tracking across functions.

Responsibilities

  • Closely collaborate with founders, investors, and auditors to ensure timely closure of books and reliable MIS and analysis.
  • Development of strong relationships with stakeholders to support strategic financial decisions.
  • Design and implementation of processes while working with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • CA with 3-4 years of relevant experience in finance and MIS.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Exposure to audit, investor reporting, fundraising support, or due diligence is an advantage.
