At PepsiCo, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Product Management team, you will be responsible for leading the execution and implementation of our next-generation global Digital and Data infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design, build, and deployment of our IBP Small Market solution, including both technical and functional aspects.
- Lead fit/gaps sessions to understand and document the future design of the IBP Small Market solution.
- Support process design and execution, lead engagement with key stakeholders.
- Define and document functional design and its correct representation in functional specifications.
- Ensure that business and user requirements are identified and addressed through the design of these processes, systems architecture, products, and capabilities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience, including leading project teams and working with cross-functional and/or extended teams in a highly-matrixed environment.
- 5+ years of FMCG/CPG experience preferred.
- Hands-on functional and technical experience and architecture knowledge in supply planning solutions (BY/JDA/SAP/o9).
- Experience in design and deployment of ISCP/IBP technology solutions such as JDA/Blue Yonder (ESP, FF, IO, VMI), o9, SAP IBP, etc.
- Experience in understanding and defining complex customer requirements and shaping them into solutions.
- Bachelor's degree required; Bachelor's degree in quantitative or engineering-related field preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to influence and demonstrate confidence in communications with senior-level management.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Positive and flexible attitude to enable adjusting to different needs in an ever-changing environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills; comfortable managing trade-offs.
- Ability to lead and influence others without direct authority.
- Project Management, Defect Tracking, Security Testing, SIT, UAT.
