Lead Creative Innovator

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead brand design, campaign creatives, and social media visuals that push boundaries and exceed expectations.
  • Create engaging print + digital designs, motion graphics, and innovative layouts that capture audiences' attention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive creative excellence and deliver high-quality results.
  • Leverage AI and modern workflows to stay ahead of the curve and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Mentor junior designers and set creative benchmarks to foster growth and development.
Key Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional experience in a senior design role, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and proficiency in industry-standard tools.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative and versatile work that demonstrates expertise in typography, layout, branding, and visual hierarchy.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX principles, motion graphics, and AI-based design techniques is a plus.
  • Possession of own laptop or device to ensure seamless workflow.
