Role Overview:

As a UI Design Specialist, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketers to create seamless user experiences for our customers across all touchpoints. You'll assist in designing intuitive, visually appealing, and functional user interfaces for our digital products (web and mobile).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design user-friendly and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into user-centric designs.
  • Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts.
  • Participate in user testing and gather feedback to refine designs and improve user experience.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in UI design (internships or freelance work may be considered).
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or similar.
  • A solid understanding of UI design principles, UX best practices, and responsive design.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in designing for dashboards & websites.
  • Familiarity with design systems and UI kits.
