We aim to capture a significant share of the Indian construction market, projected to be worth $1 trillion by 2030. As the Head of Strategic Partnership Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategy for contractor/subcontractor partnerships.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing a comprehensive organizational strategy for Contractor/Subcontractor partnership
• Conducting research and analysis on the effectiveness and processes of our Onboarding Process
• Aligning departmental goals, processes, and resource allocation with the organizational strategy based on Demand & Supply Matrix
• Planning engagement activities to motivate Contractors and partners
• Assessing market trends and competitors to inform decisions on Contractors/Subcontractors Payout
• Presenting findings, projections, and recommended actions
• Planning, implementing, and managing proposed recommendations and projects
• Monitoring and reporting on projects
• Supporting senior executives/managers in decision-making processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; MBA preferred
• 6-8 years of experience in merchant onboarding, management consulting, or strategic planning
• Must have 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced startup environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Project management skills
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills
