About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Medical Officer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community- and hospital-based healthcare staff
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the medical industry
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Demonstrate or present products to healthcare professionals, showcasing their benefits and features
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales performance
- Attend and participate in trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to promote our products and services
- Oversee budgets and resources to ensure efficient use and maximize ROI
- Analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Prepare and submit reports and other documents as required
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, marketing, and customer service, with a deep understanding of the medical industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role.
