IT Infrastructure Manager Job

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead the deployment, management, and optimization of our hardware and cloud-like orchestration systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and the ability to run diagnostics on GPU hardware efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Server Infrastructure Management: Deploy, configure, and maintain server infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Manage hardware upgrades, firmware updates, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
  • Optimize utilization across all resources including GPU, CPU, memory, storage, and networking.
  • Networking & Datacenter Operations: Configure and maintain high-speed networks for multi-node GPU clusters.
  • Work closely with datacenter staff to ensure uptime, redundancy, and security compliance.
  • Monitor rack power, cooling, and performance KPIs to optimize datacenter efficiency.
  • Systems & Orchestration: Implement and manage container orchestration (Kubernetes, Slurm, or similar).
  • Build automation scripts for provisioning, monitoring, and scaling workloads.
  • Collaborate on internal dashboards and client provisioning tools.
  • Security & Compliance: Maintain hardware security modules (TPM 2.0, SDDC monitoring).
  • Enforce access controls, auditing, and compliance with enterprise security standards.
  • Support & Reliability: Troubleshoot issues across compute, storage, and networking layers.
  • Benchmark and fine-tune performance for AI training and inference workloads.
  • Collaboration: Work with product and engineering teams to align infra capabilities with client needs.
  • Support client onboarding by configuring custom environments and workload testing.
