The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of shipping regulations and policies, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepares documents and forms to move goods efficiently through import and export steps and procedures.
  • Reviews paperwork and documents to ensure shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly.
  • Maintains a database that tracks merchandise.
  • Processes claims on merchandise shortages and overages.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
