Job Title: Senior Data Center Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Center Engineer to lead our team in designing, implementing, and managing complex data center infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive plans for data center deployment, migration, and maintenance.
  • Lead the design and implementation of high-performance data center architectures, including Cisco ACI, Nexus, and UCS.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their network requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Administer and integrate monitoring/telemetry tools to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
  • Manage VXLAN/EVPN overlays in large-scale data center environments.
  • Maintain high documentation standards and engage in knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team.
  • Deliver expert-level support for Cisco Routing and Switching infrastructure.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior engineers to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in data center technologies.
  • Expertise in Cisco ACI configuration, management, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge in data centre networking, virtualization, and SDN.
  • Deep understanding of routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF, with robust network security measures.
  • Certifications such as CCNP (DC), CCIE (DC) are highly desirable.
  • Proven track record in customer-facing roles, delivering technical solutions and engaging with clients.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
