Job Title:

SAP FICO/R2R Expert

  • Oversee and assist in the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP FICO R2R processes. This involves configuring SAP FICO modules, managing month-end/year-end closing activities, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Configure SAP FICO modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.
  • Manage month-end/year-end closing activities, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver functional solutions.
  • Integrate FICO with other SAP modules like Material Management, Sales and Distribution, and Project System.
  • Prepare detailed specifications for custom developments.
  • Support internal/external audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing, training, and documentation for end-users.
  • Provide Level 2/3 support for production issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP FICO with a focus on R2R process.
  • Hands-on configuration experience in General Ledger (GL), Asset Accounting (AA), Financial Reporting, and Closing.
  • Experience in New GL, Document Splitting, and Parallel Ledger is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
  • Ability to write and validate functional specifications.
  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
