Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional to fill this role.

This position is responsible for providing technical support to internal and external users, including customer service teams, clients, and partners.

  • Provide technical assistance via phone, email, or chat
  • Communicate and coordinate feedback and inputs to the development team
  • Assist QA lead with QA activities
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with minimal support from the development team
  • Engage with customers to quickly resolve their problems
  • Propose workarounds to customers when the fix will take time to be released
  • Offer timely and accurate customer feedback
  • Follow up with clients to ensure problems are resolved
  • Support the roll-out of new applications
  • Provide support in the form of procedural documentation
  • Manage multiple cases at one time
  • Test and evaluate new releases
  • Develop innovative solutions for a smooth operational process
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology
  • Experience with tech support for web-based business applications and mobile interfaces
  • Working knowledge of Linux, Java, JavaScript (React), MySQL, AWS
  • Proficiency in browser-based debugging, JSON format, REST APIs, database queries, and logs
  • Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software
  • Experience in ticket management tools like Clickup, Jira, Trello, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good written and verbal communication
