Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Engineering Manager to lead and grow our engineering teams. As the Backend Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our scalable backend services using NodeJS, MySQL, and MongoDB.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of backend engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Own the design, development, and maintenance of scalable backend services and APIs using NodeJS, MySQL, and MongoDB.
- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements, priorities, and timelines.
- Drive technical excellence by setting coding standards, performing code reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of backend services.

Requirements
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software development, with 3+ years in a leadership role managing engineering teams.
- Backend Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with NodeJS, MySQL, MongoDB, and building large-scale, distributed systems.
- Leadership: Proven experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams, with a focus on technical growth and professional development.
