Program Manager

• A highly experienced professional required to oversee various programs from conception to execution.

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong leadership skills, creativity, and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and scaling high-impact experiential learning opportunities for undergraduate students beyond the classroom.

The role focuses on driving Outclass challenges that equip students with real-world problem-solving and entrepreneurial skills.

1. Conceptualize and execute UG Outclass challenges to deliver measurable learning outcomes, industry exposure, and skill development.
2. Collaborate with mentors, facilitators, and industry experts to ensure high-quality delivery of Outclass sessions.
3. Manage logistics, budgeting, and on-ground execution of Outclass activities.
4. Handle reimbursements, student winnings, and finance coordination for Outclass activities.
5. Provide quick resolutions to student operational queries and IT/logistical needs.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• 4-6 years of relevant professional experience in education operations, student engagement, or experiential learning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms, reporting, and student communication systems.
