Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive inside sales initiatives for our IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve business growth targets for IT services and Staff Augmentation.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
  • Qualify leads and conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand client requirements and pain points.
  • Present and demonstrate our capabilities to clients, showcasing the value proposition and addressing any concerns or objections.
  • Work with Onsite directors and setup meeting with client managers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to understand service capabilities, tailor solutions to meet client needs, and develop compelling proposals and quotes.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing to ensure win-win agreements for the company and clients.
  • Track sales activities, maintain accurate sales pipelines, and provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in inside sales, business development, IT Services, and Staff Augmentation.
  • Good knowledge of IT services, including software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, or related areas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
