Backend API Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Backend API Developer.

  • The successful candidate will have a strong background in backend development and experience with designing and implementing RESTful APIs using Python (FastAPI) and Node.js (Express).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable microservices architecture using containerized environments like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Ensure the security of APIs through authentication, authorization, and encryption techniques such as OAuth 2.0 and JWT.
  • Optimize performance by employing caching strategies, load balancing, and asynchronous processing techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date API documentation using OpenAPI/Swagger.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot production systems for reliability and scalability.
  • Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions to ensure high-quality software development.
