Job Description

We are seeking a skilled NLP Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge Natural Language Processing solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing NLP pipelines, fine-tuning open-source models, and integrating them into real-time applications.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Python, SpaCy, Hugging Face Transformers, and NLTK. They should also be familiar with attention, tokenization, and vector similarity (cosine). Experience with Docker, Git, and REST API development is also desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong background in Python programming and experience with SpaCy, Hugging Face Transformers, and NLTK.
  • Hands-on experience with fine-tuning/training Transformer models (BERT, T5, GPT variants).
  • Experience with integrating LLM APIs and working with prompt engineering.
  • Familiarity with embeddings, attention, tokenization, and vector similarity (cosine).
  • Experience with vector DBs such as FAISS, Weaviate, or Pinecone.
  • Comfortable with Docker, Git, and REST API development (Flask/FastAPI).
  • Practical knowledge of evaluation metrics (BLEU, ROUGE, perplexity, cosine similarity).
