Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Production Leader to oversee our production processes and client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of project management, team leadership, and client-centric approach.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Manage all stages of production projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and high-quality output.
  • Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and empower a team of creative professionals, fostering their growth and development.
  • Process Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal and external processes, including documentation, contracts, payments, and company standards.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with client objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of creative and production output, meeting client expectations and brand guidelines.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor coordination to optimize efficiency and profitability.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to project timelines, budgets, or client satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 7-10 years of proven experience in production and client servicing, preferably within BFSI sectors.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team.
  • Client Management: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of building client relationships.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of production workflows, including creative development, asset production, and delivery across media.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong project management skills, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Process Orientation: Attention to detail in managing contracts, payments, and documentation.
