About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team at Go To Groww, a Full-Service AI-based Digital Marketing Agency.
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for leading generation, freelance platform management, client engagement, sales and marketing, and communication and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation through organic marketing campaigns.
- Identify and engage potential clients through various online channels and social media platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets.
- Freelance Platform Management:
- Expertly navigate and bid on freelance platforms like Upwork, Guru, and others to secure new projects.
- Craft compelling proposals and pitches to attract and win new clients.
- Maintain and update profiles on freelance platforms to enhance visibility and credibility.
- Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct follow-up communication to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
- Sales and Marketing:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
- Utilize SEO, content marketing, social media, and other digital marketing techniques to drive traffic and generate leads.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
- Communication and Reporting:
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to management on lead generation activities, sales performance, and market trends.
- Provide regular updates and feedback on client interactions and project statuses.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in a B2B Sales/Account Executive role, preferably within the Other Services industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Sales, BDM, Bidding, and Upwork.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
- Ability to build high-performing teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
