**Job Overview:**

The role of the Implant Support Specialist is to provide assistance in coordinating activities with key stakeholders, including high-level monthly and weekly KPIs and analytics. The successful candidate will work closely with the operations team and vendors to bridge gaps and improve performance.


**Responsibilities:**

  • Support coordination at a high level to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.

  • Work closely with the operations team and vendors to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

  • Review progress of quality management programs and assess vendor and factory performances on a regular basis.

  • Readjust program scope when necessary to support improved performance.

  • Collaborate with the operations team to develop and track KPIs and quality activity data.

  • Support the development of monthly KPI activity reports.

  • Coordinate feedback from operations to enrich monthly KPI activity reports.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
