Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cloud and Mobile Test Engineer to join our fast-paced team, working on next-generation energy technologies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to delivering high-quality cloud and mobile-based applications for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Execute component, functional, and system-level testing of Web and Mobile applications, including APIs, to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Develop and execute test plans across various devices, software stacks, and configurations to guarantee compatibility and performance.
  • Set up, configure, and troubleshoot test environments as needed to execute diverse scenarios, creating comprehensive test deliverables in accordance with SDLC guidelines.
  • Investigate test failures, log defects, and verify bug fixes to maintain application stability and quality.
  • Analyze test results to inform problem-solving and facilitate decision-making, identifying opportunities to expand test case coverage.
  • Establish and maintain thorough documentation of work, collaborating with development teams to resolve product defects efficiently.
Requirements
  • BE/ B.Tech / MS / M.Tech degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines with good academic records.
  • 4-10 years of experience in Cloud, Mobile, and System Testing in manual/automated test environments.
  • Hands-on experience in automating test cases using Selenium WebDriver, Python, Ruby, Appium, JMeter, or similar automated test tools or development languages.
  • Experience in testing Web, Mobile applications, APIs, and Embedded Systems, with knowledge of performance testing tools like Locust/Jmeter/k6.
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to work under minimal supervision, possessing a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, including Agile methodology.
  • Good working knowledge of object-oriented programming languages such as Java, Ruby, or Python, with experience in Test Planning, execution, tracking tools (preferably JIRA), Confluence, Git, and Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exposure or knowledge in Renewable Tech companies.
